Hello, My names Maneshia Young. I have been a Broker
with Debbie Richards Realty Group for a decade. When working with my
clients, I try to give my all. If you are a buyer, I don't waste time
showing my clients properties unless I have gotten them pre-approved.
There is nothing worst them dragging a buyer through house after house
only to find out that the home they never finding out what price lane they are
in. The same with my sellers, I give 100%. I sit you down and go
over ever aspect of the listing, first finding out the value and discussing how
we can get the best price. I deal with lenders, inspections, appraisals,
showings, walkthroughs as I support both buyers and sellers all the way to the
